NightBlend has four tracks on the first screen: White, Pink, Brown and Black noise. Drag a track's slider to set its level, or tap the speaker icon on the right of a track to turn it on or off. A track starts playing as soon as you raise its slider. Tap Play at the bottom to start or pause everything.
A preset is a saved four-track recipe. Tap a preset name to load that recipe into the mixer. The free presets are always available. The presets under MORE PRESETS show a small lock icon until you unlock them.
Tap a locked preset and watch a short rewarded video. It unlocks permanently and stays unlocked on this device โ you never have to watch it again.
Interstitials can appear after you switch to a different preset. NightBlend deliberately keeps them rare: no ads in the first 24 hours, at most one every 10 minutes, and no more than 3 per day. You can also watch a rewarded video for 30 minutes with no interstitials โ tap 30 min, no ads next to the Timer.
Tap Timer, then choose 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes. The sound fades out gently over the last seconds and stops. Tap Timer again and choose Off to cancel.
Yes. NightBlend keeps playing when you lock the phone or switch apps, and the current preset name appears in the lock-screen and Control Center Now Playing panel. Stop it with the Play/Pause button in the app.
That happens when you declined the tracking permission. NightBlend then shows contextual (non-personalized) ads. You can review or change the decision in Settings โ Privacy โ Tracking on your device, and the current status is shown in NightBlend โ Settings โ Tracking permission. Declining changes nothing about the features: every core mixer function stays free.
No. NightBlend has no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no paywall. Every core sound and the four-track mixer are free. Ads are the only thing that funds the app.
Never. All sounds are generated on your device in real time. Nothing is recorded, and nothing is uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Check whether a sleep timer is running โ the Timer entry shows a countdown. It also stops automatically if the audio session is interrupted by a phone call or another app taking over audio; reopen NightBlend and tap Play to resume.
Delete the NightBlend app from your device. That removes your mixer settings, unlocked presets, timer setting and ad counters permanently.
